Significant ADABAS/NATURAL to RDBMS/JAVA modernization project is in the final (UAT) phase

FreeSoft (www.freesoftus.com) and its customer are getting now to the final phase of a momentous legacy modernization project for an Adabas/Natural application.
The original system has been serving many organizations and many thousand users in the public sector and will be replaced by the new JAVA EE application. The main characteristics of the legacy applications are: over 300 ADABAS files (few hundreds MBs to TBs), over 20.000 Natural objects including 9.500 programs with 5M LoC and 8.000 MAPs. The project start was June 2010 and the user acceptance test begun early August 2011 and will be finished in November 2011.
